Course Description

Who am I? - I find my Identity!

Who am I? Who do I want to be in the future? Who do I not want to be?

Can you answer this questions?

I means Identity. And Identity means: I = I. In our society and with our habits it is difficult, to build an identity. With a free will, in contact with the body, with own feelings, with own words in all relationships.

And often Trauma disturbed the development of an healthy I. In the childbearing period, in the early childhood or also later. Self Awareness and Autonomy can not develop. Surviving ego-states come up and build a psycho-structure and behavior that hinder us from a normal life with success in the job, with a good relationship, with being good parents.

Who am I means also: How can I be I? In a true identity? In my identity?

To work this out, Prof. Franz Ruppert developed his pathbreaking new theory and therapy, the Identity Oriented Psychotrauma Theory and Therapy (IoPT).

In this course he shows us, how trauma effects us, how we build a surviving ego with different behaviors and how we can find the way to a more healthy ego.

This is a course not for one-time use, this course can be the beginning of a wonderful new way you go. It shows you:

How you can the true identity let grow.

how IoPT makes one’s surviving strategies conscious.

how you can dissolve entangled identifications.

Instructor Biography

Prof. Dr. Franz Ruppert, Psychologischer Psychotherapeut
