SEO is the active practice of optimizing a web site by improving internal and external aspects in order to increase the traffic the site receives from search engines. Firms that practice SEO can vary; some have a highly specialized focus, while others take a more broad and general approach. Optimizing a web site for search engines can require looking at so many unique elements that many practitioners of SEO (SEOs) consider themselves to be in the broad field of website optimization (since so many of those elements intertwine).

The information is very interesting but the presenter talks too much, too fast and he just breezes through the info using all types of techy lingo. Proof that you can be an expert at a topic but knowing how to teach and pass that information along takes a different set of skills.
I was excellent at SEO back in the early part of the century ranking #1 in Yahoo (the top search engine back then) and Google in keywords like: viagra, coupons, football picks and a few others. As things got more complicated I dropped off the map. This course has rejuvenated me and the juices are flowing again. I would recommend it to any beginner which is bascially what I am right now.
I have completed course.Like it for its actionable insights.
first 2 lectures was awesome i enjoyed them much .. after that i got bored of the content. but again nice work
I teach English as a Second Language (ESL). Listening to techies speak is very much like speaking in English with a non-native speaker. The techie speaks "Tech Language," a language that sounds like English but is full of words that new English speakers don't understand. I am a very new "Tech Language" speaker. This course has good information. But as I was watching the video lessons, I had to stop and search for definitions of phrases like "rel canonical" and "named anchor." With that in mind, Udemy and Udemy instructors should be more sensitive to the fact that some of us are trying to learn but really need to start at the beginning. This is not a beginner's course and should be labeled as "intermediate."
