This is your first hypnosis session session.  Find somewhere to sit or lie down where you will not be disturbed for about 25 mins or so.  Take this time for yourself to close your eyes and relax completely.  

The powerful suggestions in this session will help you to follow your four Guidelines and get you started on your weight loss journey. 

You should listen to your Hypnosis Session One recording at least once a day for a minimum of 2 weeks and have achieved a minimum weight loss of 2 lbs before moving on to your Hypnosis Session Two. If, after listening to your Hypnosis Session One for two weeks, you have not achieved a weight loss of at least 2 lbs then you should continue to listen to your Hypnosis Session One recording at least once a day until that minimum 2 lb weight loss has been achieved.  It is important for your success that you do not move on to your Hypnosis Session Two until you have lost at least 2 lbs and have listened to your Hypnosis Session One for at least 2 weeks.
