The first of the four communication profiles that we will look at is Visual. This type of communication is the conveyance of ideas and information in forms that can be read or looked upon.
During interpersonal communication, visual communicators rely to a great degree on non-verbal cues and information. Other forms of taking in information through sight include viewing physical and electronic forms of text and graphics in both 2D and 3D formats.

The second profile we will examine is Auditory. In order to communicate an idea from one person to the next, the brain must make an image of each word and then articulate it in the form of sound. This is done at the same speed as thinking - three words per second.
