Lilach Sheeff

Shalom, my name is Lilach Sheeff, Expert one black belt and Krav Maga instructor certified by The Wingate Institute and the IKMF, the International Krav Maga Federation. I have been training in Krav Maga since 2001, from age 10. I served in the Israeli army, and today, I focus my teachings on girls and women who want to learn to defend themselves.
