I have a BA in Asian studies, MA in Translation studies and I'm also a certified Shivananda yoga teacher.
I've been teaching for years, starting from the time I was a student at the University myself. And for about 3 years now I've been creating online courses too. I'm mostly interested in teaching Vastu and yogic stress release techniques. Those are forms of ancient knowledge that might help you create a more joyful and fulfilling life. I have already taught several groups of Russian speaking students, and feel inspired to continue teaching it in English too.
