Victoria Rose is a dynamic and professional Leadership trainer, published author and keynote speaker who has helped thousands of managers and their teams throughout Australia and New Zealand deal with the enormous variety of problems and challenges facing them in the workplace, every single day. She has trained groups from the Australian Federal Police, Rio Tinto, Honeywell, ANZ Bank, Auckland Council, Exmouth Hospital, Statewide Mental Health Program, NSW Surf Lifesaving Club, Department of Justice and Attorney-General, Wilmar Sugar and TASCO Petroleum to name just a few.
Her life as a trainer started 32 years ago as a soldier in the Australian Army Reserve. During the following 23 years, as a Training Subject Master, Victoria trained over 7,000 soldiers and officers in drill, weapons and theory and was promoted to the rank of Warrant Officer.
The combination of her military skills, her accreditations: Cert IV in Training & Assessment (University of Victoria), Psychosomatic Therapy and Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) plus a decade of presenting a wide variety of topics to a diverse group of industries has given Victoria a unique training style as well as valuable insights into human behaviour.
She is passionate about leadership and communication skills and understands the value of having fun when delivering training workshops.
In 2008, Victoria founded Training2live, a corporate training business. Since then, she has grown a considerable client list and developed training workshops that engage participants and delivers client outcomes.
In November 2014, Victoria published her first book How To Make The Rest of Your Life The Best Of Your Life: Tough Love For Smart Single Women over 60
She has presented workshops for women 'over 50 and still fabulous' for the last three years. In 2016, Victoria will offer her first 7-day course in Ubud, Bali 'How To Step Into A Better Life'
