Victoria Rivett is the founder of Savoy Academy and teaches computer programming and art classes on site at various schools. She has created innovative computer programming, robotics and art programs for the UC Irvine, private schools, charter schools, and summer camps. She has developed curriculum for the programming language Python, Scratch, and art and technology combination courses.
Victoria has a B.A. in Philosophy from the University of Hawaii, an M.A. in Educational Organization & Leadership from the University of San Francisco, a second M.A. in Elementary Teaching and holds a Multiple Subject Teaching Credential.
Victoria believes the type of education that serves students best is one that allows for the development of critical thinking and problem-solving skills while expressing the uniqueness and creativity of the individual.
