Tony Lau

Tony is a finance professional of ~10 years. He has completed private M&A transactions over $2.0 billion CAD (debt and equity). Tony has extensive experience in pension fund investing, corporate development, and institutional investment management.

Tony has completed a Bachelor of Business Administration, Masters in Finance and a Masters in Law from York University in Toronto.

Tony currently works in investments and focuses on investing in infrastructure assets. His experience on financial models is diverse. He has built models used for: (1) asset management, (2) acquisition/divestiture of companies, (3) debt issuance, (4) raising acquisition financing from banks/credit rating from credit rating agencies, (5) goodwill impairment, and (6) strategic planning/business forecasted for large corporates.
