With a distinguished career spanning over 19 years in engineering education, I currently serve as an Assistant Professor of English at SR University, Warangal, Telangana. My professional journey is marked by a multifaceted contribution to academia, encompassing roles such as Trainer, Academic Director, Controller of Examinations, Internal Training Head, and Head of English at various reputed institutions across India.
I have consistently demonstrated a deep commitment to academic excellence, learner-centric teaching methodologies, and institutional development. My efforts have earned me widespread appreciation from students, faculty peers, and management, along with consistently high student feedback ratings wherever I have served.
An enthusiastic advocate for English language education, communication skills, and professional development, I have designed over 100 syllabi for diverse courses in English, Communication Skills, Soft Skills, and Employability Skills Training, keeping in mind the evolving academic and industry needs. My syllabi reflect a blend of theory, practical application, and learner engagement, aiming to prepare students for real-world success.
As a Scopus-indexed researcher, I have published over 10 research papers in national and international conferences, contributing to scholarly discourse in areas related to English language teaching, higher education pedagogy, and skill development.
My passion extends beyond the classroom into the creative and digital realms. I am a bilingual poet, expressing myself through powerful verses in Telugu and English, and I regularly blog about social and contemporary issues, offering insightful commentary that resonates with a broad audience.
I have also delivered numerous motivational talks and awareness sessions, especially focused on career-building in engineering education, aiming to inspire and guide students toward academic excellence and professional clarity.
