Tereza has been engaged in the area of higher education; accumulating rich experience both in teaching and in the construction of human interactions. Tereza is the author of the idea devoted to the fundamentally new institution of academic consultation at the Shirak State University after M. Nalbandyan in Armenia. She has gained managerial experience in the last 2 years. In addition to these, in her spare time she conducts sociological research and various trainings.

She values what she has and can see and feel the beauty of the moment. Being a creative person, she likes to think beyond the limits and finds non-standard solutions to challenges.
