I have more than years' experience in internal communication and am the founder of Water Cooler Talk, an internal communication consultancy.

I landed my first comms job in 1996 before I knew that internal communication was even a thing and, after a 15 year career working for Microsoft, Barclays Bank, Prudential and UBS, in 2011, I set up Water Cooler.

I help clients with all aspects of internal communication, largely in the media, tech and financial services industries.
