Hi! My name is Taru (she/her) and I'm one of the trainers. I have been volunteering for YFU Finland ever since my Exchange to Germany in 2014, and currently I'm working as a Communications & Advocacy Specialist at the YFU Global Office in Brussels. I have experience in representing EEE-YFU for example at the European Youth Forum, LLLP, EPLM, CoE, and I've been involved in the campaigning for E+ IPM and Recognition of study periods abroad, campaigns that we run together with EFIL, the European umbrella organization of AFS.  I look forward to meeting you all in Switzerland soon! I hope this course serves as a smooth landing into the work of the PoR, and please take some of the content with a grain of salt – no need to provide  lengthy essays – we are mainly interested to hear your ideas and to see that you've understood the basics.
