TaQuita Hogan-Claiborne

Currently, I am working as a Full-Time Faculty Instructor for Wharton County Junior College Paralegal/Legal Studies Department. As a Full-Time Instructor, I have had excellent opportunities to teach a variety of courses, including Real Property, Contracts Law, Wills and Probate, Legal Research, Legal Writing, Civil Litigation, including online legal courses and other such legal subjects.

I also have my own law practice, which I represent clients in probate and estate administrations; I represent musicians, record producers, record labels, managers, and songwriters and other business entities. I represent businesses and individuals in filing the proper USCIS/ Department of Homeland Security and Department of Labor forms and planning the right strategy to achieve their immigration objective. I create and evaluate contracts including living trusts, living wills, power of attorneys, subcontract agreements, work for hire agreements, wills, and many, many more.
