Claire’s Mental Health focus and training in Yoga and Mindfulness mean that her expertise strengthens the body and brings emotional well-being and calm to the participant.
Claire has worked in mental health settings in both the voluntary sector
and the NHS for 20 years+ working with people to effect change and improve emotional and physical resilience.
Tanya has spent the last 20+ years teaching 1000s of adults and children how to dance, stop dieting, eat well and get into really healthy shape.
Tanya is also Programme Director for WiggleWaggle and wrote the programme,
which focusses on Fitness, through movement and music for ages 0-5.
She runs a successful fitcamp classes and offers personal training at her own private studio. She is a qualified Dance, Health and Fitness teacher in many styles and disciplines, a Championship dancer at National level with a particular interest and further professional training in healthy food and nutrition.
