Cross Cultural Management Trainer
Taka Muraji is a native of Japan and an experienced intercultural trainer who has worked in both the US and Japan facilitating business training programs. He holds a Masters Degree in Linguistics from University of Colorado at Boulder and has been living in the United States since 1992.
Before moving to the United States, Mr. Muraji worked in advertising in Japan and New York City from 1982 til 1996. He established GLOBALEX LLC. in 2003. Since then, he has been the managing director and contributing to cross cultural management training area as a certified coach. In the United States, Mr. Muraji currently designs and delivers cross-cultural business training team building programs to executives and high-potential employees working in global business settings. He has provided numerous programs to both US and Japanese companies in four strategic areas: US-Japan intercultural business management seminars, executive coaching for intercultural business management, cross cultural team building and leadership training. Also, he's been intensively coaching the Japanese and American executives as an executive coach in the last couple of years. He has provided consulting services for US firms such as Disney and Motorola to help them establish marketing and advertising plans for Japan. He also conducted intercultural business training programs and team-building programs for the major Fortune 500 global companies.
