Electrical:
I have acquired extensive practical experience in the maintenance and troubleshooting of three-phase induction motors, including their control and power circuits. I possess strong expertise in Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs) from leading manufacturers such as ABB, Allen Bradley, Siemens, Omron, ENC, INVT, etc, enabling efficient motor control and energy optimization in industrial processes.
Instrumentation:
I have worked with a broad range of field instrumentation used in process industries, including the Calibration, Service and Field Installation.
Pressure & Temperature Measurement: Pressure & Temperature Transmitters, RTDs, and thermocouples.
Other Instruments include pH sensors, proximity sensors, photocell sensors, and calibration of control valves and positioners.
I have experience working with leading instrumentation brands including Emerson-Rosemount, Yokogawa, Endress+Hauser, Mettler Toledo, Omron, Georg Fischer.
Automation:
I have successfully completed multiple plant commissioning projects and troubleshooting of existing automation systems. My experience includes the complete programming and design of PLC and HMI systems, along with control wiring and system integration. I have worked with a variety of leading automation brands, including Siemens, Allen Bradley, Fatek, Wecon, and Weintek.
Training & Teaching:
In addition to my industrial experience, I am passionate about sharing knowledge. I have launched three online courses on Udemy, focusing on PLC programming and Industrial Instrumentation, with an active learner base of 1000+ students globally.
