Swati is an energetic business partner whose thirty years of business experience includes leadership coaching and the design and delivery of high-impact leadership programs.
Her executive level positions at well-respected companies such as General Electric, The William Wrigley Jr. Company, and Deloitte, have ranged from general management and corporate strategy to culture change and the design and implementation of on-time, in-budget, global initiatives. She has held executive level positions in global human resources, consulting, information technology, and corporate strategy teams.
She holds an MBA from The University of Chicago, Booth School of Business, where she also teaches as an Adjunct Professor of Leadership and she is a Professionally Certified Coach (PCC) through the International Coach Federation.
Swati leverages various leadership effectiveness tools in her work, such as Immunity to Change, Leadership Circle 360, Intercultural Development Inventory (DE&I), EQi, and Hogan Assessments.
She focuses on three main areas in her leadership and practice: leadership coaching; high-impact learning programs; and intercultural awareness (DE&I).
Swati is also deeply committed to giving back to her community and coaches the Executive Directors and key leaders of numerous Chicago-based non-profits focused on improving access to services and education for disadvantaged populations. Swati also speaks and teaches on the topic of Inclusion and has been featured in various panels, podcasts, and courses.
