Susan has the experience of over 25 years where she set up and developed human resources management systems, policies and procedures, with a deep involvement in a quite considerable transformation program, setting up its HR strategic objectives and experiencing its consequences and effect on business results and employees.
Susan has experienced HR management at administrative, operational and strategic levels. Susan has also delivered management and HR expertise in both of industrial and consultancy disciplines.
Susan has worked in several Six Sigma projects related to HR as well as production, contributing to the continuous growth of the company and securing its future path.
Susan has contributed to several programs for improving leadership levels, resulting in better outcome in different business disciplines; HR, Quality and Production.
Some projects worked on included, but not limited to, restructuring, job evaluation, salary surveys, headhunting, setting strategic objectives and employees’ turnover improvement.
Susan has also teaching experience in multinational companies like Coca Cola – Egypt and universities like the American University in Cairo, Ain Shams University, and the British University in Cairo.
