He has served as Chief Financial Officer for organisations ranging from $1 million start-ups to multinational enterprises, managing financial operations across Australian and international markets. Throughout his career, Steven has overseen budgets exceeding $500 million, guided complex mergers and acquisitions, and built resilient financial systems capable of withstanding regulatory scrutiny and economic volatility.
His expertise lies in transforming financial complexity into clarity, taking intricate cash flow challenges and creating practical, implementable solutions that business owners can use immediately.
