With a background in somatically oriented mindfulness-based therapy, and 7 years of teaching experience, Stephanie has an eclectic approach to healing and is extremely passionate about leading people through an unforgettable journey of self-discovery. Sharing the transformative power of equanimous compassionate presence on and off the mat, she has helped thousands of people realign with their inner wisdom and connect to their bodies in profound ways. With a strong background in functional anatomy, three Yoga teacher trainings completed in Bali and India, 600 hours of osteopathy school, kinetic massage therapy, personal training, psychology and somatically based healing practices, Stephanie is fascinated about how emotions interact with the body and the mind.
