Hello! My name is Soumaya JERBI, and I'm happy you are here. I have 4 years of experience as a Business Analyst.  I have integrated several international projects of implementation of ServiceNow as an ITSM solution with high complexity in several fields such as banking, automobile, chemistry, and luxury. I supported my clients to deploy ServiceNow as an ITSM solution. Before becoming BA, I used to be a scientific researcher and I have got my Ph.D. from Pierre et Marie Curie University, Paris.

Over those years, I have learned that a good mindset is the secret of success. Sharing knowledge and helping others is the best way to grow.
