I am a medically trained holistic health practitioner with in depth training in Eastern bodywork traditions, including Yoga, Thai massage, Traditional Chinese Medicine, and acupressure. I have studied meditation facilitation, resilience training, breathwork, mindfulness, as well as nutrition and somatic practices, integrating these disciplines into a cohesive approach to human well-being.
