We have had leaders of all kinds from all over the United States come together and share their stories to help impact how effectively leaders lead.

Founder, Tom Roy, established SCN in retirement from Major League Baseball ministry, UPI (Unlimited Potential, Inc.). Tom's mission is to help leaders unlock their potential so that they can more effectively impact those they lead. He welcomes leaders of all shapes and sizes, from all walks of life. No matter where you come from, SCN has challenges for you.
