About me
With over a decade of experience drafting, negotiating, and executing a variety of contracts in the public and private sector, Shelia Huggins is adept at teaching business owners how to maximize profits and minimize risks by focusing on contract best practices. She has given numerous presentations on contracts and led workshops to help business owners develop the contracts they need to grow and protect their businesses. She is a former member of the Business Law and Contract Law Sections of the North Carolina Bar Association, the Alamance Community College Small Business Center Advisory Board, NCBA Delivery of Legal Services Committee, and Triangle ArtWorks Law + Art Volunteer Lawyers Committee. She has provided pro bono services through the NCBA Lawyers for Entrepreneurs Assistance Program and is a current member of the George White Bar Association.
