Upon graduating from San Diego State University in 1996, I began my career at Rockwell International in Newport Beach, California. I joined the QA and Testing departments and was able to work with engineers from multiple departments. I learned so much at Rockwell and will also cherish my time there.
After this I took a sabbatical for a few years and ended up in Thailand teaching English. I soaked up the culture, language and even met my wife there. The people were great and so was the food. I discovered something about life: True education comes from traveling and not a classroom.
Upon returning to the USA in 2010, I was blessed to quickly find employment with a small company in Southern Oregon called Wagner Meters. I wore several hats including embedded systems designer, manufacturing engineer, QA engineer, and hardware designer. We make products that can detect the amount of moisture in wood and concrete. It is an awesome company and the knowledge I receive is endless. I hope to share this knowledge with you.
