Matt started freelancing early in the high school, helping people with creating software solutions for their work. Giving more to others than to himself early in student times determined his life path.
He helped established a branch of student organization and participated in several historical projects (like The University Sports Centre 'Leon Štukelj' in Maribor). In 2008 Matt received a Best Innovative Business Plan Award for a plan and presentation by respected local Finance magazine and started a business with the prize money. He breaths, teaches and help people with public speaking.
After hundreds of projects he manages private entrepreneurship and studies in PhD program of Knowledge Management, grabbing the opportunity and hoping to integrate e-learning, gamification and data analysis. Freelancing? Most of the time! And still helping people, wishing to see the sparkle in their eyes after they try his solution and understand possible time savings -- that's the whole reason why Matt does everything for others. He's married, IT graduate and has two kids.
