Scott Burgess

I’m Scott Burgess aka The Branding Teacher. I have over eleven years of branding and marketing experience. I’ve worked across multiple industries including tech, commercial real estate, retail, construction, cannabis, hospitality, and entertainment. I even owned my own boutique marketing agency, so I understand the importance of saving money when starting a business.

Over the course of my career, my marketing strategies have generated millions of dollars in revenue. I have led numerous brandings and rebrandings, including launching international brands into the U.S. market. From small mom-and-pop businesses, tech startups, and national billion-dollar corporations, my experience speaks for itself.

My passion is branding. I love everything about it. From developing the look and feel of the brand, discovering messaging, and creating logos - I love every aspect of it. To create something great out of nothing is what drives me. I love the entire process.

Prior to my marketing career, I was attending college to be a high school history teacher. Teaching has always been something I love to do. My career has been very successful but now I want to help others - with teaching!
