Passionate about Agile and working with Agile projects & transformation for more than 5 years now. In the current assignment the primary responsibility is to drive the Agile transformation for couple of European companies. Involved in defining the roadmap, strategy, building up the workforce through coaching & guidance, actively participate in project execution in Agile way, tune the delivery processes to support Agile way of working, providing advanced & leadership training on Agile concepts, defining metrics to ensure continuous improvement.
