I'm Sarah, our farm runs a Veggie box program:  CSA (Community Supported Agriculture) at our farm in Simcoe, Ontario, Canada.

We are farmers, foodies and teachers about local food, sustainable growing and seasonal eating.

We have been farming on our family farm for over 75 years, starting our CSA 5 years ago. Our focus is seasonal eating, and we hope to teach others how to each seasonally as well.

Our goal is to connect and educate the public about agriculture and farming. We have a love for 'getting our hands dirty' and growing delicious, nutrient-dense produce for our friends, family, and Veggie Box Members.

Sarah is a University graduate, a Professor at the local college, a full-time farmer and foodie.
