I went to my first yoga class in 2014, the sense of peace and calm I found amazed me and soon started to carry over into my everyday life. I found myself able to deal with stressful work and life situations in a much better way.
I decided in 2019 I wanted to learn how to share yoga with others and completed my Teacher Training that Summer with classes starting the following September.
Teaching others has been, and still is, a huge privilege that I enjoy immensely. Unfortunately, Covid-19 restricted us from face to face classes in March 20 and I gave birth to my little boy in June meaning online classes weren't an option for me either.
But I'm back now! even if it is only virtually via Zoom for now. I am so grateful to be able to return to teaching and I look forward to getting back to face to face classes very soon!
