Sanjay works with Bayer Crop Science, US, where he leads initiatives to streamline R&D process and improve outcomes. The goal is “Health for all, hunger for none” through crop improvement accelerated by predictive modeling and analysis. He has a Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Colorado at Boulder, CO (USA).

He is passionate about digital technologies - Artificial Intelligence, Internet of Things, Cloud Computing. He believes these technologies can empower us to connect with challenges facing our communities and create solutions through collaboration. He enjoys coaching people to increase the community’s digital quotient.

In his spare time, Sanjay volunteers with the Art of Living Foundation to organize weekend workshops on breath-work and meditation.
