I've worked extensively as a coach and mentor at many organisations, and I've helped so many people develop their skills and careers. Throughout this time, I've seen that people consistently struggle with several things:
1. Not believing in themselves - many people set goals way below what they can actually achieve
2. Not planning effectively - making an effective plan is HARD, especially one that can adapt to change
3. Staying accountable - it's SO HARD to focus these days, many people procrastinate and lose motivation. Accountability can help overcome this.
As I decided to change career, I found myself leaning more on what I learnt through the years of developing and mentoring people. And as I worked with this knowledge, an idea began to coalesce.
So I wrote a book. The book is called Practising Productivity, and it will help you to SMASH your goals. I also developed a framework for holding people accountable and now I work as an accountability coach, helping people to realise their dreams and get things done.
Now, I want to share what I've created with a wider audience.
