Roland Zonai is the co-founder of a newly-founded biotech software developer startup company, BioTechnoVation Ltd., and has been in the European Finals of numerous international business competitions, like the Intel Business Challenge Europe, the Kairos Student Venture Competition or the Best of Biotech Business Plan Competition. He has been selected into the '50 Most Talented Young Hungarian Leaders' ('50 Tehetseges Magyar Fiatal') in 2015.
He is also the member of the Kairos Society, an international nonprofit organization of entrepreneurs and innovators from the top universities around the world seeking to foster and develop high-impact enterprises to tackle the world's most pressing global challenges in emerging sectors including clean energy, healthcare, biotechnology and medicine. He also gave presentations at conferences at various locations in several countries, i.e. at the University of Cambridge in the UK, or at the LMU in Germany.
Roland holds a BSc in Bioengineering, and has been a research Scholar at the Vanderbilt University. He plans to be enrolled in the Masters in Management, Innovation and Entrepreneurship at EPFL in Switzerland, to be a Biotechnological VC Valuation & Investment Analyst with a particular focus on startup investments.
