Rohil Dhaka Story - My Story in my Words

​

Childhood

We become what we want in our life, Every decision depends on what we think & what we do, our childhood experiences & habit leads what we become in our lives, like our habits & interest.

In my childhood phase, I have basic nature is a curiosity to know what besides everything, like toys, I always want to know what’s inside, How it works this thing leads me to become Mechanical Engineer because I am interested in cars & want to become a businessman.

I clearly remember one incident in my life, that inspire me, When I was in class 9 my teacher call me & said what do you want to become in your life, I said entrepreneur trust me at that time I don’t know how I will become, but one thing is clear in my mind science childhood that I will do business.

Trapped

As I grew up I completed my Engineering & start doing the job, what we all say settled life job, money everything…

It took me 3 years to understand that I was trapped in the rat race, the same life cycle that most people are living, honestly I want more from my life I left the job in search of doing more in my life…

Turning Point

After coming back home I started evaluating myself & start gathering information on how to do business, trust me it was tough for me because I belong to a family where all are government employees & I am not having a business mindset & experience…

But as I defined earlier I have two basic characteristics in my nature Dedication & consistency

First is Once he decided to achieve something, I will achieve it. I am always ready to give whatever is required to achieve it. I believe “we have to give something before accepting it”.

The second is I Burned all the Bridges of going back. I believe if we want to achieve something in our life then CONSISTENCY is the key, we have to work with 100% dedication, not 99% because I believe 100% is always easier than 99%.

So then I learned a lot and start Export Business, business was going great, I got everything time, money & business, I have what I want to get in my life, but I haven’t realized one thing during this process I am losing my most precious thing that is my health, I became 110 kgs & start facing so many challenges & not able to perform my daily business task with perfection & full efficiency.

This leads to the declination of my business it starts dropping gradually, it happens but you know what is the shocking part we never realised this thing is happening to us.

Eye Opener

One day I was sitting at my office, I came across one visiting card, that card belongs to the nutritionist, I believe what we want, we get in a form of opportunity but there is one condition we have to grab the opportunity as it comes, I grab the opportunity & plan to visit his place.

The next morning I went there & they did my BMI test, as result came I was shocked because the test shows my biological age is 55, it blows my mind I went my office & decided enough is enough I need to work on myself, as you all know I am very determined person one I decided I have to do it.

It took me 3 months & I lost 24 kg, my personality got changed now & I become more confident & my confidence level is higher than ever, I was able to close more business deals than before.

Then I understand one thing that personality matters a lot in your life if you desire to get success in any field because people judge with your appearance & if you are confident about yourself they believe in you more & they trust you more.

This is my life turning point & my personality got changed now, I am more confident than ever before & able to pursue my business like a pro. & got success in both my Business & Health Status.

Success

Now at this stage of my life, people start asking me how I become so fit & happy, I started helping them, as they start getting results & shared with me it make me happy & inspired me to help others who are struggling with their life in Business & Health.

As I always go to listen successfully persons I went to a seminar where I met with my partner Ankit Vijay, we discussed a lot of things & we found that we are a person of same mindset & our ultimate goal in life is same, then we decided to let work together as we both have different skill set & expertise so together we can help people & organization in many ways. Then we decided to form a Company MAKING SPARK RISINGPRENEURS LLP.

Then we never look back we conducted so many sessions in companies & colleges.

Now we are helping companies & colleges with our own created product named as 5SPA MODEL which helps organisation & trainers to START, SCALE, ESTABLISHED & AUTOMATE their business.
