Robin Benton

An instructor, national speaker, author and administrator who has worked for over 35 years to help employers comply with various regulations.  I have also been involved in developing training materials for Third Party Administrators and Sales Staff.  In short, I love using my knowledge to help others understand and comply with the sometimes complex and changing regulations that apply to businesses.

I have worked in the insurance industry for 17 years before opening my own administration company in 1998.  I was an active member of ECFC (Employer Counsel on Flexible Compensation) for many years and worked with them to develop their training program for third party administrators.  I helped run the annual CPAC convention and was a popular presenter.  I was also a contributor to the CPAC Newsletter.

I was one of the original creators of NAPBA (National Association of Professional Business Administrators) as well as served as President for one term.  I was involved in development of the conventions and was a presenter as well.  The main focus of this organization was to provide third party administrators and other benefit professionals with a place they could go to learn and keep current on how to comply with various regulations.

Today I own BCL Systems, Inc and work with small to mid-sized employers to help them comply with regulations and when necessary provide them with administrative solutions.
