I am 48 years, I have several years of experience in Deutsche Bank (in commercial rules and after in HR Department); after I was the responsible for Organizational Development of a public authority, then as General Manager of a Pension Fund in Rome. Since 1997 I deal with recruiting, assessment center, and career coaching. I prefer the approach of Empowerment. I’m also the co-founder of a start-up in communication and television service. I love the civil and social commitment, and I developed social innovation projects funded by the Prime Minister's Office and the City of Naples. I am a professor in Develpoment of Personal Potential in the Master MAHRM at the Jean Monnet University of Bari and at the Higher School of Economics and Finance Ezio Vanoni of Rome. I also published a "humour" book: "My boss is a bastard - Survival Guide for employees"
