Mr. Rajeshwar holds a MicroMasters in Statistics and Data Science from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), USA, and a PG degree in Data Science from the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Guwahati. He obtained his Bachelor of Engineering degree in Computer Technology from Kavikulguru Institute of Technology and Science, Nagpur University, India, and also holds a Computer Engineering Diploma from S.N.M Polytechnic, Khammam, India.

He has gained valuable experience during his nearly one-year tenure in the USA, where he worked with leading pharmaceutical and financial companies such as Merck in Whitehouse Station, NJ (with HCL America) and Prudential Financials in Shelton, CT. Throughout his career, he has also worked with several multinational companies including GE Capital, WIPRO Infotech, HSBC GLT, and HCL Technologies India.

With a diverse background, Mr. Rajeshwar has accumulated 20 years of experience in the field of Data Science, Hadoop, and DWBI technologies. His expertise includes Python, TensorFlow, Spark, Scala, IBM Cognos Analytics, and Power BI. He has worked with multiple clients in the USA and Australia, such as Western Power, Integral Energy, Westpac (with HCL Australia), Department of Veterans' Affairs, Primary Health Care, NSW Rail Corp, Nuance Group, Optus Sydney, Department of Finance New South Wales, Telstra Australia, Australian Red Cross Blood Service, Department of Communities and Justice, and the Australian Department of Health.

Currently, Mr. Rajeshwar is working as a full-time employee at NSW Health, Australia, serving the Australian Government. His skill set includes Data Science, Machine Learning, Python, AWS SageMaker, TensorFlow, Deep Learning, Azure Machine Learning, ETL, Talend for Big Data, and Hadoop toolsets like Spark/Scala, Pyspark, Hive, and Kafka, among others.
