I started my career at Microsoft, where I built a strong foundation in Business Intelligence and Analytics and developed a deep passion for Power BI.

Since then, I’ve worked across financial services, healthcare, and technology, both as a contractor and in permanent roles, giving me over 8 years of hands-on, real-world experience in how data works inside organisations and how Power BI is actually used.

Over the years, I’ve led and built data teams, trained users in Power BI, and enabled insight-driven decision-making through Analytics and BI.

Alongside my professional work, I run the YouTube channel The Power BI Guy, which has grown to over 24,000 subscribers and reached millions of views worldwide. Through the channel, I teach Power BI and analytics in a practical, real-world way, bridging the gap between technical skills and business impact.
