Rachel Boucher empowers sensitive souls to feel more balanced and grounded through Yoga Nidra, meditation, journaling, and nature-based practices. She holds a bachelor's degree in psychology from Boston University, a master's degree in education, and trained as a life coach with Martha Beck's Wayfinder Life Coach Training.
Rachel is a Reiki Master, a trained Kundalini Yoga teacher, and a certified Yoga Nidra facilitator. She has studied extensively with intuitive mentors and draws from a range of mind-body and contemplative practices. Her work blends practical tools with soulful insight, helping people reconnect with their inner wisdom and the rhythms of nature.
For more than 20 years, Rachel has guided adults and children through learning, growth, and self-discovery in a variety of educational settings, including personal growth, social change, and digital literacy.
All of the nature photography and videos throughout this course were created by Rachel and reflect places she has explored over the years. They are part of the way she experiences rest and connection with the natural world.
Rachel is also the creator and host of two podcasts: Held by the Earth, featuring guided meditations, Yoga Nidra, affirmations, and reflective practices for sensitive souls, and Held by the Earth: Nature Soundscapes, which shares immersive outdoor recordings to support relaxation, sleep, focus, and nervous system regulation.
She also offers free resources, including the Access Your Intuition and 8 Essential Manifesting Tips mini-courses, through her website.
When she isn't teaching or recording, you'll often find Rachel exploring forests, mountains, gardens, and coastlines with camera in hand. Her experiences in nature continue to inspire her writing, photography, podcasts, and guided practices.
