I have been learning about Sales, Marketing, and small businesses since 1996. I bought my first property at 18 and moved out of home and became Qualified as a Pastry Chef Baker at 19.

In my early 20's I started my very successful cake business known as Rachael's Designacake whilst raising my young children and serving over more than 5,000+ customers back to back.

I have been awarded as the Small Business Champion State Winner 2007, 2008 and 2009 here in Darwin Northern Territory, Australia.
