Peyman ADL DOUSTI HAGH
Karate and Self-Defense Instructor
About me
Purpose of This Online Course:
I know there are individuals who are interested to learn a form of the martial way, but they cannot follow their dreams because the price of attending training is beyond their means. I am using this platform to help individuals to reach their destination.
Karate Instructor (Lion Karate Style)
Justice, Mercy, and Humbleness
Widely published author and recognized karate instructor, I hold Yodan, Shodan, and Judan ranks and have developed my own style of karate – “Lion Karate Style.” I attained my Yodan rank (military style) from my father, a commissioned military officer in the Iranian army. My Shodan rank was granted to me by Isshin Ryu Karate-Do after several years of training. Currently, I am a holder of the Judan rank. I have over ten years of teaching experience and my dedication to promote subject knowledge and self-defense practices, as well as my ability to instill interest and passion for the discipline, is evidenced by my course evaluations and the students’ reviews.
My teaching philosophy reflects student-centered instruction that centers on self-discipline and mental concentration in practicing karate. I instruct on various karate stances and self-defense positions. I also command an innate ability to ensure a lively, exciting, and informative environment, while accentuating the importance of peak physical fitness and conditioning in the art of karate.
Being a family man, an employee, and a citizen, the ups and downs and learning from mistakes instead of quick solutions, resulted in a more digestive approach to the lessons I teach to my students today. It is with the wisdom of living many years, making mistakes, knowing what lies beyond perseverance—the same obstacles parents face today—in tandem with his martial arts history, that I teach. In addition to the training side of my trade, I have also engaged with its theoretical, holistic, and academic aspects. Over my career, I have published several books, including Lion Karate Style: Deciphering Karate Codes; Lion Karate Style: Paragon Black Belt; Genre Koppojutsu – Division Karate – Subdivision Lion: Lion Karate Style by Mr. Peyman Adl Dousti Hagh; and Lion Karate Style: Paragon Black Belt.
