I work with Olympic coaches, nutritionists, acupuncturists, yogis, and medical doctors to share a natural approach to healthcare that is less harmful and more effective than modern Western medicine - with an efficient formula for health that focuses on solving and preventing problems at the root source, which formed the thesis for my new book "How to Eat Well and Love Yourself".
Recently, I worked at a Yoga Retreat Center called Pleasant Valley Sanctuary where I spent time studying, teaching and gardening. I believe that being one with nature is our key to health. I enjoy big-wave surfing, coconut curry, and playing music on the beach.
