Paulo Silvestre

I am a professional with 30+ years of experience highly focused on IT projects, services and support.

In addition to all the projects, a big part of my work (and my passion!) has been training and coaching people and teams in different areas of knowledge.   

During my professional career, I, personally, led projects and services in 4 different countries with teams spread across 11 countries. At each new opportunity, I was able to bring measurable improvements to the team's performance.

Always improving teams, I'm capable of identifying weak spots and quickly help them improve themselves and strengthen teamwork.

Although I drive my management always based on measurable information (SLA, OLA, KPIs, Service Book) my soft skills complement my profile, helping me to understand the underlying problems within the teams and relationship with customers, allowing me to tackle "invisible issues" as well.
