I'm a strong believer in the BML Fitness Philosophy of building habits rather than following standalone exercise and nutrition programs.

To succeed in achieving life-changing results I believe we must build healthy habits and ingrain them into our daily routine. In order to truly make changes it is important to have a clear understanding of exercise and nutrition as well as a solid direction, plan and end-goal.
