I have been teaching psychology for over 15 years and am currently an Assistant Professor and Program Coordinator at a community college in Baltimore, Maryland, where I have served for the past five years. My passion lies in creating engaging learning experiences that help students succeed and in mentoring new faculty to ease their transition into the classroom. I believe in combining empathy with practical strategies to make teaching and learning both meaningful and effective.
