I studied business and have an MSc in Marketing and an MBA from Nottingham Trent business school. I have worked in various roles in advertising, market research, consulting, video streaming and content publishing.
I have been creating data products for the best part of the last decade, either it be BI dashboards, data platforms, machine learning models or API modules. Being a lifelong learner, I was always up to new challenges, knowing that I will eventually find resources and courses online that will help me prepare and excel. When I first became a data product manager however, there was hardly an article, let alone a course, help me navigate through what to expect. Countless data products later, I still struggle to find enough resources online to further grow my career. I decided to package my experience in the format of a course and shed some light on what the concepts of data product management and data strategy mean. I want to help aspiring professionals to enter the world of data products.
