Master Health, Fitness, and Wellness Instructor
Since I was old enough to start lifting weights, I have had a deep underlying fascination and healthy obsession with being healthy and being in shape. To me, being an appropriate body weight and maintaining a healthy level of fitness is something to be proud of and status that is to be respected.
Soon, this fascination with health and fitness became a career. What was once a hobby turned into a Masters Degree in field which led to working as personal trainer, strength and conditioning coach, exercise physiologist, and a lecturer of health and exercise at the collegiate level.
For the last 16 years of have been learning, cultivating, and experiencing physical transformations for myself and for others. I have seen first hand what healthy living can do for individuals.
My mission now as a health and fitness advocate is to teach people how to live a more healthy, fit, and a well life. I do this because have seen the tremendous benefits and fulfillment one receives by taking care of their health, and also have witnessed the immense pain and suffering one can experience by neglecting this area of life.
I truly believe the knowledge, skills, and experiences I have obtained over the last 16 years are to be shared with anyone who wishes to improve this area of their life. I also believe that most people need help in this area, therefore, it is my mission to equip people with the right strategies so they can achieve a healthier and more fulfilling life.
