About me
Omar DeShazior is a South Florida native. He endured several years of schooling to earn a Bachelor’s degree in Biology (Florida A&M University) and a Master’s Degree in Exercise Physiology (Florida State University). Currently, he is a college professor whose fields of interest are Wellness, Nutrition, and Weight Training.
He is a former competitive bodybuilder & certified personal trainer, has guest lectured at community health-related events including Broward College’s Fall Leadership Symposium for High School Males, and jump-started several companies. His personal vision is to help people live a healthier lifestyle thru spirituality, diet, and exercise.
Currently, he is embarking on yet another entrepreneurial endeavor…the 23% Challenge, which is an online course that teaches people how to holistically live a happier and healthier lifestyle in only 7 days. When he’s not teaching, being a vegan, or running his business; he is most likely plotting his cross-country road trip.
