About me
A Learning & Literacy Interventionist with over 10 years of work experience in mainstream schools providing support, training, individualized instructions, structured literacy interventions and remediation.
A graduate of Business Administration, Computer Science and Math Education.
She is the founder of Damar Place Learning Foundation; a non-profit organization that creates awareness, advocacy and support for children and young adults with learning disabilities.
She has served as a volunteer providing trainings and interventions to private and public schools in under-served communities.
She is trained reading interventionist who uses Orton Gillingham Approach to support learners with reading and comprehension issues.
She currently works as a SEN Coordinator in a private Montessori school based in Lagos, Nigeria..
She operates as @learningally; creating awareness, training teachers and support elementary schools providing intervention services, identifying and harnessing abilities for success in children with specific learning differences with a focus on Dyslexia, Dysgraphia, Dyscalculia using evidence-based strategies to improve academic and SEL skills.
